Adim (Bobo) Ademide Akpapunam is the Founder of Triple A Foundation (Advocate for Autism Awareness), a Nigerian organisation working to improve early diagnosis, therapy access, caregiver support, and public awareness for autistic children across the country.
A public servant with a decade of experience across Nigeria’s legislative and executive arms of government, Adim brings deep governance and policy expertise to the Foundation. He spent seven years in the legislative arm before serving a further three years in the executive arm under the President. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Cambridge, reflecting his enduring commitment to learning and leadership.
Adim founded Triple A Foundation out of a conviction that early intervention changes lives, and that no family should navigate an autism diagnosis without support. Under his leadership, the Foundation is building a model that screens and detects early, treats and supports affordably, empowers caregivers, and advocates for lasting change towards a Nigeria where every autistic child is identified early, supported fully, and empowered to thrive.
